We began with a handshake, not a hoarding.

In 1985, Ajay Kapoor opened a small brokerage in Kota. A year later, he laid out his first plots. Four decades on, more than fifty communities carry the Kapoor name — and every one was built on the idea he started with: trust comes before the transaction.

Today the next generation carries that line forward — adding technology, digital media and modern marketing, without touching the thing that made it matter. We aren't here to sell plots and move on. We're building a name that people recognise, trust, and remember.
